1 Credits System
All purchases are made in the form of digital credits. Credits represent a balance used to request file services and do not constitute the purchase of a specific file.
2 No Refund of Credits
Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
3 Use of Credits
Credits are consumed when a customer requests a file service (e.g. ECU file creation, modification, or analysis).
4 Defective or Incorrect Files
In the event that a delivered file is defective or unusable, the Provider shall be given the opportunity to remedy the issue.
5 Remedy & Replacement
If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, the customer may receive replacement credits.
6 No Monetary Refunds
Monetary refunds are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. This applies in particular where replacement credits or corrective services have been provided.
7 Customer Responsibility
Any issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate customer data are excluded from liability.
8 B2B Only
All services are provided exclusively to business customers. By purchasing, the customer confirms they are acting in a commercial capacity.
